Problem accessing the Members Area?

If at some point a member tries to access the Members area of this site, and cannot, there are a variety of possible reasons. In all cases, contact the webmaster and we will get you rolling.

Your membership here may have expired. All memberships are recurring (self-renewing) until you decide to cancel. Once you cancel from a site, there is no way to un-cancel. If you change your mind and want to come back, you have to wait and then join this site all over again at whatever the membership cost is at the time.

Sometimes renewals are denied by your bank. Really, we WANT you to stick around, so denials are not our idea! Most common:

1. Your bank declines to approve your renewal if you are over your credit limit, or your last payment to your credit card company has not been credited to your account.

2. If you use online checking, maybe your bank declines the process. See games banks play).

3. Increasingly, credit card processors are quietly refusing the purchases by people who claim their credit cards have been stolen or "hey, it wasn't me; someone using my name and credit card joined that website." Only good customers are ... good customers.

4. People with a pattern of buy/complain/cancel, are finding their online buying power reduced! Again, only good customers are ... good customers.

You may have mistyped your username/password. That is easy to do. But if you mistype your user/pass several times (might be as simple as reversing them from user/pass to pass/user), the security software treats you like a hacker. Just contact your webmaster and he will get you in. Please be sure to say it is for this website!

You shared your user/pass with others? Lordy, lordy, say it ain't so! Membership user/pass is STRICTLY for the use of the one member who bought it. There are two levels - bad and worse.

• BAD. You give or trade your user/pass with one person. Then you both try to access the site from different IP addresses. Since you can't be in both Norway and North Carolina, the security software puts on the brakes to ANYONE using that username. This can be unraveled. But you will need 24 hour, or to have your webmaster fix it for you.
• WORSE. Someone posts a user/pass to a group of traders and then dozens -- or many hundreds -- of users attempt to use your membership account. This is enormously expensive to the website - it is thef, and sometimes Grand Theft - and we WILL seek to have your gonads removed.
